Now I have been, I have seen and this Zero Fat experience gets top marks from me. You enter a stunning, private suite then kick off your kecks and turn up the heat. The warm light promises to boost collagen and encourage healing while you burn unto 800 calories in just 45 minutes!

Why did I love this? I was alone. Just me and some headphones. I was lying down whilst working out plus I could catch up on some tv. I watched Will Smith on Graham Norton to distract me.

This isn’t a chill out session tho so don’t be fooled. You sweat and feel like you have really worked off some sausage dinners but you leave feeling like you have polished off a bottle off fizz rather than the fancy complimentary water bottle you are sipping. Energised and feeling fabulous I can’t wait to book in again.
